Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Sweet, fruity, and zesty, this nutrient dense carrot juice is balanced with apple, lemon and ginger.

Ingredients

carrot13.2 oz
red apple3.9 oz
green apple3.9 oz
lemon0.4 oz
ginger0.4 oz

Directions

  1. Wash and weigh the ingredients.

  2. Remove the top ends of the carrots.

  3. Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Grind remaining ingredients and press together.

Pro tip

  • Remove the top ends of the carrots due to the fact that it’s tough to get all the dirt off.
