Our most popular single origin coffee: a natural process Ethiopia.

These beans are naturally processed, which means the coffee cherries were dried in the sun and fermented in the span of 2-3 weeks before roasting. 

We roast this coffee light for a fruit forward profile, and when extracted, a cup will have notes of strawberry with a hint of honey.
